Find the bus stops closest to your location!

When you open the app and view the map, you can also move it to find bus stops in another desired location.

By clicking on them, you will be able to view the lines that pass by the stop and the next available bus times.

You can view your bus schedule in two ways:

- By clicking on “schedules” in the main menu, you can view the complete schedule for your line, including holidays and weekends.

- By clicking directly on the stop where you will wait for your bus, you can see the estimated arrival time if the bus has already left your starting point; which buses are next on your line and others that will pass by there; whether the vehicle has air conditioning; whether the vehicle has a lift for wheelchair users.

When you tap on a bus stop on Urmob.city, you will find bus icons of different colors:

- Gray: means that the vehicle has not yet left the terminal, showing only the departure time from its starting point and the estimated time of arrival at that stop.

- Orange: means that your bus has already left the starting point of the route and shows how long it will take until it arrives at the selected stop. By taping on the orange icon, you will be able to see the real-time movement of the vehicle.

- Blue: means that the SELECTIVE or EXECUTIVE transport (if your city has one) has already left its starting point and shows how long it will take until it arrives at the selected stop. By taping on the blue icon, you will be able to see the real-time movement of the vehicle.

You can see all the lines and their variations available in the app by taping on “search lines” at the top of the Urmob.city home page.

Once you find the option you want, tap on it to see its route on the map, as well as all its stops and where the buses that are already running are located.

Using the app without an internet connection is limited to viewing the timetable, saved in your app during your last internet connection, and your favorite timetables.

Using the app without internet makes it impossible to locate bus stops or show where your bus is in real time. All of these tools depend on the internet to exchange data, for example, the bus sending its location (GPS). It also does not allow access to favorite stops or stops + lines.

If available in your city, you can view the bus in real time when the icon turns colored at the bus stop.

However, you need to be connected to the internet and tap on it to follow it on the map as it moves to the selected stop.

For this to happen, the vehicle must be connected to our GPS. This process can take up to 10 seconds to update the vehicle's location on the map, and therefore, it may take a while for it to move.

Your favorites have a special tab for quick access to make your day-to-day life even easier. To create them, you must be logged in to your Urmob.city account. This way, if you change devices, your favorites will remain there.

You can create 3 types of favorites and all options can be viewed on the home page by taping on the "star" icon.

- Favorite a bus stop: tap on the stop you use daily. Then, tap on "favorite" in the upper right corner of the window and create a nickname for it.

- Favorite line + stop: if you use the same line and bus stop daily, you can favorite both together, so that only the schedules for that line at the chosen stop will appear, and not all the schedules for all the lines on the same line. To do this, tap on "search for lines", tap on your line and then on your boarding stop, then tap on "favorite" in the upper right corner and create a nickname for the set.

- Favorite group of schedules: access the “schedules” tab available in the main menu, search for the lines in the desired direction, select the options you would like to save as a group and click on the “list” icon in the upper right corner. Then just tap save and give the group of schedules a nickname.
